Having the same advisor every time I visit the dealership makes me want to continue to have my car serviced at Lexus of Watertown. She is fantastic and always makes every visit so pleasant. If a full car detail was $149 all of the time, I would bring my car here for the detail every time instead of to other local detailing venues. They do a fantastic job at Lexus of Watertown, but the $199 price tag isn't worth it when other places do it for less than $150 and also do a great job. I had a coupon this time around which was a great reason to come back for the detail! The better price coupled with the service I always receive makes paying a little more worth it. But $150 tops for someone who has a full detail done at least twice a year, sometimes three times. More

Not only did the service department take me promptly, but they also washed my vehicle without my requesting it, AND they didn't charge me for checking the tire pressure. This is why EVERYBODY should own a Lexus! More
