Thank you Eddy Estrada (Lexus of Watertown Preowned) My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Watertown Preowned. We had initially worked with a rep there but it ended up not working out and My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Watertown Preowned. We had initially worked with a rep there but it ended up not working out and we were lucky enough to start working with Eddy Estrada. Although negotiations with Management was difficult, the list price was competitive and the vehicle itself was in much better shape than others ones that we saw at other Lexus dealerships. Eddy was great in that he spent the time to make sure we were happy with the purchase. He went above and beyond and stayed past closing (several times) to work with us on details and other items. He never showed us one time that he was frustrated with the process. All he wanted to do was make sure we were happy and that is the type of sales person I want to work with. Not someone who will start off nice but then hang you to dry if the sales process is taking too long and they do not believe the buyer is going to buy. My only reason why I did not give this dealership 5 stars is that it needs to lighten up on the salesy management side and be open to what the customers are bringing in as competitive prices. I cannot say enough nice things about him. He did not pressure us and spent a considerable amount of time with us over a couple of days. We really felt as if he was there to help us find the perfect vehicle for us. The entire team there was great to work with, and we will recommend them to all of our friends and family. The most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had! I was car-shopping with my son for his first car (his others were hand-me-downs) and I was truly dreading it because every single previous car-buying I was car-shopping with my son for his first car (his others were hand-me-downs) and I was truly dreading it because every single previous car-buying experience felt so violating. Just the thought of it made me feel sick to my stomach. My son even asked me why I was in such a bad mood because I was putting a major damper on what should have been a special event. Everything changed after I met Anthony Carlino and we were just lucky to be able to work with him! No one told us to specifically ask for him, Anthony was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, well-dressed, perfectly groomed, patient, funny, down-to-earth and smart. He definitely changed my impression of car salesmen and I couldn't have been happier. Who woulda thunk? What a pleasant surprise! First off, Anthony asked us which car we were interested in test-driving and then he told us the price of the vehicle. The price of the vehicle is the price of the vehicle. Imagine that? No haggling back and forth. What a concept! Lexus of Watertown does its homework and prices their vehicles very fairly because they do comparisons within a certain radius and among many dealerships. I did my homework too and I wasn't going to be taken for a ride either! The 'playing field' was level from the start. The car we were interested in was a newer model, priced below $10,000 with low mileage (Is there such a vehicle? YES!), but we were treated like we were purchasing a car for $100,000 and it didn't feel the least bit phony. Anthony gave us a tour of the facility, while we were looking for the car, and Lexus of Watertown is one impressive operation. Everyone we met couldn't have been any nicer. The vehicle was in excellent condition, inside and out, and I knew it was priced to sell and would be scooped up in a minute. After test-driving the car, my son wasn't ready to commit because it was his first test-drive and he wanted to test-drive some other cars, so we left the dealership 30 minutes before closing without making a purchase. Anthony couldn't have been more of a gentleman at the end of our conversation. He understood that my son needed some time and he never pushed us to make the purchase. He couldn't 'hold' it for us either and he was very upfront about that, too. My son asked Anthony for his business card and away we went. I must admit that I was worried that my son missed out on a golden opportunity, but you sometimes have to let your kids make mistakes and hope for the best. On the ride home we discussed pros and cons and there weren't any cons whatsoever, so my son called Anthony that same evening and told him we'd be in the next morning to buy the car. Anthony told my son he'd hold the car for him and congratulated him, too. I was one happy mother of a very happy son! The transaction was seamless from introduction to delivery and Anthony made sure everything was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The service department sounds like it goes above and beyond with superb maintenance, lifetime car washes and vacuuming, breakfast, lunch and beverage offerings. I joked with my son that he could just live in his new car and stop by Lexus of Watertown every day for coffee, breakfast, lunch and just come home for dinner! He's employed and does have a roof over his head, so it was just a joke. I can't say enough about Anthony Carlino and Lexus of Watertown. When it's time for me to buy another car, I know where I'll be going and who I'll be working with and he better be there. Ha Ha! In a way, I still feel like it's too good to be true, but it's not. The next AM after being informed the car was still for sale at 4,000 less than the sticker price Yianni came to my house picked me up and took me to Lexus of Watertown. He was very personable and accommodating. He was also very knowledgeable about Hybrids in general and the Prius in specific. He was able to fully explain the winter driving capability safety record and other technical issues. I have never met a more genuine charming and hardworking salesman. After working with George in Finance to help me secure a finance arrangement he then drove me from my house in Brookline MA to Providence RI to secure a loan cosigner and then back to Providence 2 days later once approve to get the paperwork signed and finalized. These people at all levels from Margarete at the front desk to Mr Gregoire in management went way above and beyond to make the sale possible and went out of their way to show me the utmost respect and willingness to help me to secure the car I had fallen in Love with. Yianni gives new meaning to the term customer service and is by far the best salesman I have met in my life ....5 stars in all aspects Price, Customer Service, and Top Quality automobiles.
