Since then I have continued to take the car to Inskip for general maintenance and repairs due to a minor accident. My service manager, Frank Vanner, has been more than helpful with whatever questions I may have had or issues that needed to be resolved. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone who was considering a Lexus, and I am certain that when I am ready to trade mine in, I'll be back! More

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire sales and service teams esecially Elena Corsi,Rob Picerno and Jay Warren. I came into Inskip Lexus for a reaccuring tire pressure problem tha entire sales and service teams esecially Elena Corsi,Rob Picerno and Jay Warren. I came into Inskip Lexus for a reaccuring tire pressure problem that another dealer was unable to diagnose properly. Not only did they correct the tire problem at no charge, they made feel like a VIP! While I waited for the srevice to be completed, I wandered into the sales center to take a look at the new cars on their floor. I was approached by the sales manager who was very informative on all of the cars I had questions about. Long story short, my next car will not only be a Lexus again but I will ONLY purchase from Inskip Lexus! More

I cannot say enough good about these folks at Inskip Lexus. I shopped 4 Lexus dealers. 1 in Connecticut and 2 in Massachusetts, and Inskip. No one had the color interior of the Hybrid SUV 400h that my w Lexus. I shopped 4 Lexus dealers. 1 in Connecticut and 2 in Massachusetts, and Inskip. No one had the color interior of the Hybrid SUV 400h that my wife and I wanted. Inskip assured me they could get one within 24 hours. They did. And they drove it to my place of business in Boston Mass - did the final paperwork at my office - and went over the car with me in our building’s garage at 100 Federal Street. These are the finest bunch of chaps I’ve met in a car dealership. And, I’ve purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime. I feel compelled to say a few kind words on their behalf for the suburb service, the price they gave me, and their going over and above what I expected from a car dealer.
