I went to Inskip Lexus to get some warranty work performed before my dad's 2007 Lexus ES 350 ran out of warranty. My primary complaint was rattles, creaks and groans heard from the dashboard and ga performed before my dad's 2007 Lexus ES 350 ran out of warranty. I asked Mr. Vanner if he wanted me to go on a test drive with a technician so I can let him hear all the issues I am having to which he said no. Good enough. So I get a call back the next day stating that the car was ready and that they fixed the rattling from the center dashboard but they couldn't duplicate any of my other concerns. I headed to the dealership the next day and asked if I could test drive the car with a technician to see if I could reproduce the other issues that they couldnt. We head out and lo and behold, on the FIRST real pothole I could reproduce the creaks/rattles from the whole dashboard. To make it even worse, there is a technical service bulletin(TSB) from lexus about this issue! I guess I am not the first to complain about this hence the TSB. I was not happy about this. First, if I could reproduce this rattling on the first try then did the service tech even test drive the car carefully to reproduce my concerns? Its one thing if it takes me a half hour to reproduce the noise but another when it takes me literally 30 seconds to do this. Second, if there is a TSB out about the issue, don't you think they should have just performed the TSB since this was my exact concern? It just seemed to me that this service department may not take pride in their work or are just plain lazy to go the extra mile and satisfy their customer service. This is the only conclusion I can make after my experience at this service department. Hope this helps someone who is looking to service their Lexus'. Thanks. P.S. I did some googling about this dealer service and wish had done it earlier because this service department doesn't get good reviews on other sites as well. P.P.S Mr. Vanner the service advisor had asked me to amend/retract my review after the work was performed to my satisfaction. After reflecting I am not going to do so since the fact that the work performed on the dash board was inferior before it was corrected. One example I can give is the fact that the second time I returned for a test drive after being assured that the rattle was gone, I decided to open the passenger side window(which was where the rattle was) I could see with my inexperienced eye that the dash board that meets the "A" pillar adjoining the door had no gap on the bottom but as you went up, the gap widened. This was verified by the master technician as well. Even though the dash is now quiet, the inferior work on the first two tries is the main reason why I will not retract this review. More
Peppino in the service department is exceptional. He is a wonderful asset to Inskip Lexus and he is the ONLY reason I bring my car there. I purchased my car at another Lexus dealer and because of the dist a wonderful asset to Inskip Lexus and he is the ONLY reason I bring my car there. I purchased my car at another Lexus dealer and because of the distance I went into Inskip. Since meeting Peppino 3 years ago, I would not take my car to anyone else but him. He is easy going, flexible, and strives on building strong customer relationships. He truly cares about his customers and he is willing to go the distance to make sure they are 110% satisfied. More

david poccia should be promoted to sales manager and you would get more deals done, he is professional, knows his products and can get it done without pissing me off. Nice car, love it. The only part is the sales manger you have on staff is an idiot, i had a deposit on a car and they sold it under me, Dave worked with the VP of lexus and got me another car. So it all worked out, so make the change, because your business looked slow to me the times I stopped in. You guys market cars well, but the perception on the street is you don't bend on price to well and xxxx customers off. I attribute that to the sales mangers and I know they are the gait keepers in making money for the company, but without customers spending you have nothing. More

The vehicle I purchased 2007 LS 460 was prepared properly with one flaw that was immediately agreed to be taken care of. I have purchased a number of vehicles from Inskip Lexus and every time the experience can be rated excellent. David the internet sales manager went well above and beyond to make the decision and the purchase convenient for me. By far the best sales people and dealership I have ever worked with. More
We had been dealing with an issue that required us to rewrite & update our RX 350 lease. Initialy we had very bad vibs and believed that this was going to be a very bad expierence. Michael was exemplary in all facets of his dealings with us. He is an excellent representative for Lexus. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to meet our expectations. Inskip is very fortunate to have such a superlative individual. We would certainly recommend him to our friends and family. Prior to our lease rewrite we dealt with Larry Vanner in service to solve our service issue. Larry worked very hard with regional and national reps to make every attempt to satisfy our demands. I do not think he could have done more. Unfortunately the regional and national reps did not support our position. Fortunately with the help of Micheal Silva we in the end left satified with a new RX 350 and an updated lease. Bob More

Being a former corporate executive that preached customer service and honesty as job one , both these gentlement far exceeded my expectations.
