My 2006, GS 300 and my 2007 RX 350 have been serviced by Lexus of Warwick since 2009. Last week, my GS 300's sunroof stopped working properly. The price of the repair was over $3000. Paula contacted Lexus Corporate on our behalf and the repair was covered %100! She said we were great customers - I think Lexus of Warwick is a great dealership! Thank you Paula and thank you to all of the people that helped make this happen for us. We are Lexus fans for life! I found the car on the internet and flew from Pittsburgh to R.I. to buy based on Dave's assurance that the car was everything it was advertised to be. It was. Even priced below bluebook. I was looking for a specific used vehicle on line, and had sent out a few inquiries requesting information. My experience was no pressure, just providing information, answering all my questions, etc. I was coming from MA to RI to check out the car, and he took the time to go through a fairly thorough inspection of the vehicle for me before I took the trip. Needless to say, I felt very confident about this vehicle after talking with Dave and decided to go down there and did in fact purchase the vehicle. I would highly recommend Lexus of Warwick to anyone looking for a vehicle. new or used. as you will get professional, honest, no pressure from this dealer. Once purchased, I had to spend a little time with the finance assistant Gina Hallisey and received the same profeesional friendly, no pressure experience. Most finance asst are trying to sell you add-ons. She knew since I was purchasing a used car, that there was no need for the add-ons and was straight forward and very friendly, helpful etc. So if you need a car, be sure to check out InSkip Lexus, Lexus of Warwick. He is not only working for the company, but also very much concerned about a customer's safety, satisfaction and quality of work performed. Were it not for these two employees, I may not have been a return customer at Warwick Lexus. The service manager's position in my opinion is the key ingredient to building customer confidence and loyalty. More
