Working with Lexus of Warwick's Master Certified Sales Consultant Richard Johnson made the whole process easy and informative. Rich spent the time to teach me about the car's many options. With the car's premium audio package, leather package, navigation system, pre-collision system and LED headlamps, there was a lot to learn. With Lexus's reliability and 100,000 mile certified warranty I'm averaging 50 miles per gallon and doing it in comfort with a smile on my face. A happy customer. More

Long story short, they told me they could not get me financed because even though my credit is great, I wanted to buy an older model car with high mileage (2001 Pathfinder, 145k miles). Even with a fifth of the payment down, I had to wait over an hour for a decision from the finance department. Verdict: The banks wouldn't do it. Okay then. I left. Went to another dealer who got me a good rate on an OLDER vehicle that cost thousands more. No problem getting a 36-month deal. I got a call from Lexus of Warwick a few days later offering me financing on the Pathfinder. Well, to little too late. I took my great credit and my money somewhere else. That's just the finance department, though. The salesman there was helpful for the most part, but you could tell he thought I didn't know too much about cars. I'm a small, young looking female -- but I write about cars for a living and have owned multiple beaters over the years, all needing plenty of TLC. The salesman at Lexus of Warwick told me he would clear the Pathfinder's check engine light before I got a sticker. Well -- it takes about 100 miles for a check engine light to reset. I obviously didn't want him to just clear it; I wanted them to guarantee to FIX THE PROBLEM, whatever it was (he had no idea -- shouldn't they have scanned it before putting it on the lot?). He kept insisting he would clear it -- never specified it would be fixed. I would recommend for anyone buying an older vehicle to hop over to Mass, if only for the 30-day mandated warranty. More
I recently bought a pre-owned Lexus RX for my wife at Inskip Lexus Warwick in November 2011. It was a great experience especially dealing with sales associate James Ferreira. James was highly professional and there was no typical salesman pressure talk. After I bought the car it came to my notice that all tyres were new but front two tyres were different brand than the rear ones. When I pointed this out to James he immediately resolved it by putting 4 new tyres of same brand without any additional cost. He even spent about an hour with us to go over all the features in the car and after that did several follow up calls to check if we were fully satisfied with the vehicle. I would also highly appreciate their service department. During several visits I have dealt with Frank Vanner, Peppino Palladino, Carlos and some some other technicians and every time it was a very pleasant experience. They updated the firmware, applied any pending technical service bulletins, and did everything to my satisfaction. After the updates the car drives really good. Overall I will highly recommend the Lexus of Warwick and the sales associate James Ferreira if anyone is looking for a new or pre-owned Lexus. More
I have owned a Lexus LS400, LS430 and now an LS460L. All have been under preowned certified warranties. I am a knowledgable owner and research all TBS's and have all issues fixed. On the last 2 cars, I ha have been under preowned certified warranties. I am a knowledgable owner and research all TBS's and have all issues fixed. On the last 2 cars, I have dealt exclusively with Frank. He has made sure every one of my issues has been taken care of to my satisfaction. All TSB's have been taken care of and if they cannot fix an issue, he lets me know exactly why. On my latest service visit, I had a driver door hinge and front headlight lamp out at 49k miles. Should not happen. While Inskip disnot take care of it 80025lexus sure did. Fixed at no charge, even though the hinges were not under waranty (when does a Lexus hinge fail at 49k miles!?). Inskip and Lexus corporate keeps me a big Lexus fan. More
We didn't end up buying a car at Lexus of Warwick because they did not have the color we really wanted. We did spend some time with Karine, and had a car that we went home to think about, but when we called they did not have the color we really wanted. Karine was knowledgeable and helpful. They don't try to pressure you into buying a car that you really don't want. If you are looking for a Lexus, they are worth your time. More

I recently leased my second RX350. I was actually going to go with a competing dealership due to a rather unpleasant experience with my original salesman. I was contacted by Lexus Corporate many times asking what I was going to do for the end of my lease. I had explained to them what happened and that asked that I please return to Inskip and they were going to call someone at Inskip to discuss the issues and what I was looking for. I am so thankful for that and the person they had me go and see. I simply cannot say enough about how this person saved not only a customer at Inskip but also with Lexus as I was at the point of returning to Mercedes. Michael Silva, Certified Sales/Leasing Coordinator, at Lexus of Warwick is fantastic. He is a fine example of a true car sales professional. Mike made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. I am sending all of my family and friends to him and I hope when I am ready for my next Lexus that he is still there. Also, another positive part of the experience was meeting Kenneth Golini. He too is a consummate professional. And there is one more person that I have dealt with in the past that made me want to be a return customer and that is Peppino Palladino in service. Peppino has always been wonderful. I am a firm believer that a positive experience with a car dealership goes well beyond the sale. All of these gentlemen are not only true professionals but they are well educated about their products and processes. These are the kind of people you want representing your brand. Lexus should continue to retain these employees and use them as an example to other employees who may not be at that high standard of excellence (especially at Inskip whose names I will not mention). I highly recommend Inskip and Lexus. Michael Silva is the reason I stayed with Lexus. I would recommend that all future and current customers go to Lexus of Warwick and ask for Michael Silva. More
