I visited this dealership on June 26th 2020 I was walking the lots and I knew I wanted a Lexus. The first time I was there that day the sales guy Mark I didn’t feel like I was very welcomed. I felt like his impression of me was that I couldn’t afford a Lexus. We walked the lots they didn’t have much of a selection I asked could he look in the computer to see what is coming or if he can get a car from a different dealership he just didn’t seem interested in helping us. So we left and went to Glendale Lexus and got they Lexus I wanted from Escondido. More

I was in town with my wife visiting some friends and throughout my whole stay, I’d browse the internet looking at Lexus SUVs for sale. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We asked to see the car and it was even nicer in person. Super clean!! We got down to business and at first the monthly payments were too high but the whole team was determined to work and meet me at my desired price point. They made sure we were comfortable with our purchase! They even put a red bow on it like the commercials just for my wife! We’ll definitely be going back for our next Lexus! More
