I cannot describe how WONDERFUL my experience was with Lexus of Valencia - EVERYONE was incredibly pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and did EVERYTHING they could to make us comfortable, and we actually had a Lexus of Valencia - EVERYONE was incredibly pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and did EVERYTHING they could to make us comfortable, and we actually had a great time - AT A CAR DEALERSHIP, no less! That's unheard of - and though I always said I wanted this car ONLY if I won the Lotto, my husband didn't want me to wait. I argued for 12 hours with my husband - while Art Storrs (our WONDERFUL salesperson) was amazingly intuitive - giving us space when we needed it, not pushy AT ALL). I am 59 years old, and have NEVER experienced a pleasant experience with a car salesperson - until Art. That is one of the MANY reasons I wanted a Lexus - for the quality of the vehicle, along with the Service, which is as important to me as the car I choose to purchase. Boy - you pick the best and train them well!!!! Cudos to Lexus of Valencia!! I purchase a 2010 Venza with only 950 miles on it. Alfredo Nava was the sales dealer who helped me out with the sale. The whole experience was great. Very professional staff. I purchased a new 2010 RX from this dealership in August. I initially viewed several vehicles displayed at the Hyatt Jazz and Blues concerts sponsored by Lexus of Valencia and met my sales associate John Pe I initially viewed several vehicles displayed at the Hyatt Jazz and Blues concerts sponsored by Lexus of Valencia and met my sales associate John Perkins there. As a follow-up, I test drove several vehicles at the dealership and was treated like royalty. I then went and test drove and compared features of several other luxury brands before returning to Lexus of Valencia. I was greeted with huge smiles and a genuine willingness to "go the extra mile" in helping me to choose the features and model that would work best for me. John and another associate, Bo, spent quite a bit of time with me, test driving and explaining comparable and desirable features. They were very helpful - but not at all pushy - in helping me to make the final decision to buy the RX. The following day, John spent a few hours with me - showing me how to use the navigation, set up the bluetooth, set the automatic features, etc. They certainly get an A+ for patience! I have not yet needed service, but I did order a rubber cargo mat from the parts department. The wrong mat arrived and they were more than willing to re-order the correct one, but I ended up liking the one that arrived just as well and kept it. More

Last year, I purchased a certified pre-owned RX from Lexus of Valencia. From the moment you walk in the door, until the second you drive off, you are treated like royalty. The sales team is professional, honest and upfront about everything. I wasn't pressured into something that I didn't want or need. The finance manager fully explained all of the purchase options available to me and worked with me to find the vehicle that best met my needs and my budget, and even beat the KBB & Edmunds.com pricing I came in with! When I bought my certified pre-owned RX at Lexus of Valencia, the agent told me that the first basic service would be Free! Of course, I had to take advantage of that. When it came time to go in, I was prepared for a hassle - as most service stations are, but they made it very easy! I had no problem getting a service appointment. I liked that service rep was very attentive to my concerns and explained everything before doing any work. They offered shuttle service and have stated that if the service took longer than expected that a loaner car would be provided. (Thankfully it hasn’t been necessary of yet!) They worked quickly and were very thorough. I enjoyed the experience so much that I will definitely be back! The best part is seeing my shiny Lexus come around the bend, good as new! More

I walked into the Lexus dealership in our area (Valencia) at about 5 PM and I walked around the cars and looking at prices and vehicles. I was very interested in the Lexus IS 250 AWD and ready to trade in my car for it, but no one helped me.
