Neither one of us have experienced in our past car purchases, such an outstanding, professional as well as courteous, friendly and accommodating conduct. We have special ordered our car. Thanks to Susan, we got exactly what we wanted and much earlier than originally anticipated. Ken has delivered the car to us and spent all the time needed to guide us. And Mark helped us in getting the best price. These employees are a great asset to Lexus and should be an example of excellence in representing the face of Lexus to the public. We also want to commend All the personnel that answers the phone and especially Allison who were always, cheerful accommodating and very helpful in all our phone communications. My IS350 had reached 60,000 miles and was due for some service. Everything from the scheduling of the service and obtaining the loaner to dropping off my car, and wrapping everything up when it was all s service. I drive a long way for service because there is no Lexus dealership in my area. The availability of a loaner vehicle is outstanding. Scott is always courteous and professional. It should not take a month to get a reply from the warranty department for an item we have been complaining about for two years. This dealership used to make all their customers feel special. Now it's like going to the Buick dealership next door. Except for the cookies, donuts and a loaner. In fact what happened to your vehicle getting washed after service, and presented to you. Lastly, you only get a hello if they feel they can sale you something. For example how do you walk around the show room without may I help you. I'm sorry the receptionist did say hello, I think she thought I was lost. More
This dealership is wonderful. I've purchased 2 cars from them, and I've always had my service calls done there. They are consistently friendly and so helpful. My service advisor is Scott Melville (they're all great...I've never been disappointed in any of the service advisors), but Scott has gone above and beyond for me on so many occasions. He shows how much he cares about the customers every single visit. No one wants to spend money on car repairs, but this service department makes it far less unpleasant. I would recommend them without any reservation at all. And, though I have never had a bad experience with any of the service advisors, I would definitely recommend Scott. He's truly great! More
As I walked in, a friendly face greeted me. Instead of just looking for cars, we sat down and talked about why I was here. He was able to show me the colors of the car---the specific cars I was interested in ---a very relaxed approach. As we drove, I enjoyed the drive. The sales was low pressure---I hate high pressure sales where there is a lot of debate and the salesman walking back and forth to the sales manager. Everyone was friendly and I asked that tv channel be changed and it was. It was a great all around experience. John Perkins was outstanding! More
