I have purchased many cars over the years from many different dealerships. Never have I finished a purchase and thought that I would buy from them again...until now! Leslie was kind, considerate, fun different dealerships. Never have I finished a purchase and thought that I would buy from them again...until now! Leslie was kind, considerate, funny and just a good person deal with. We will buy all of our cars from her and refer all of our friends and family to her. In addition to Leslie, her support team was AWESOME! From the receptionist to finance they are a class act at Keyes Lexus of Valencia! The GM, Luther White, even made it a point to speak with us and make sure that we were being well taken care of. Great experience from start to finish! More
This dealership operates at nowhere near the usual Lexus care level and I do not trust them at all. I have had my Lexus(es) serviced at 4 dealers (Westminster CA, Freehold NJ, Lexington KY and this one) and care level and I do not trust them at all. I have had my Lexus(es) serviced at 4 dealers (Westminster CA, Freehold NJ, Lexington KY and this one) and oh boy, they really need to know what Lexus service is!!! I had my RX330 car serviced for 100,000 mile service. They first recommended the whole "packaged" deal for almost $1000 but I explained that I had the timing belt as well as other things done recently with them at 80,000 mile (yes, same dealership even though I wasn't too happy the first time. I thought I give them a second chance) so they ended up doing only transmission, oil change as well as 2 recall repairs from Lexus, cost $680. They then informed me that the engine light is on (it was on for about 2 weeks) and needed to be looked into. The estimated repair is around $4,000 more including back brakes which they say now is very thin, Catalytic converter, O2 sensor, stop light switch. They informed me that there is rodent droppings in around the engine and in the air filter and the air filter was bitten into. I kindly informed them that I will pay for the $680 intended work and took my car home and already scheduled the second opinion inspection/repair with another reputable Lexus dealer. As I took the car home, the car was not vacuumed at all and left filthy. The brakes now makes noise and my wife was complaining that the car was never in such condition when we brought it in. We drove home feeling like we just narrowly avoided a dishonest used car dealer rather than the relaxed feeling driving a freshly serviced car from Lexus. When I got home, I opened the glove compartment, take out the air filter only to see that all the trash and debris/droppings were left on the filter. I mean ANY reasonable person would just dump it out instead of shoving everything back in. It took me 30 seconds to do this!!! NEVER again, Lexus of Valencia. I will make sure that my friends and colleagues are aware of your service level. More
This is my 3rd time going to this dealership. First of all, it's near my home. Secondly, Jim is very friendly & accomodating. Lastly, the price is very fair. For a car in this price range and only 88,000 miles there have been too many expensive things that have gone wrong. I love the car but would have second thoughts about buying anothe one because of the expens have been too many expensive things that have gone wrong. I cannot say enough great things about Louis Brathwaite and Lexus of Valencia. I had a very specific 2011 IS 250c in mind, and I searched through several Lexus dealerships in California and even as far as and Lexus of Valencia. From the moment we spoke with Louis, he was friendly, helpful and informative. And even better, his price (for the exact same car) was lower than any other dealer I met with (it was even lower than most of the leftover 2010s). When we arrived at Lexus of Valencia to purchase the new car, everyone was warm and inviting. The dealership is beautiful and clean. Louis and Dave Kim made the car buying process extremely easy. They explained our financing options, and Louis spent a lot of time showing me how all of the buttons in the car worked. It was definitely worth the drive up to Lexus of Valencia. Just before buying my new Lexus, I had decided Lexus would be the only car I buy from now on. After purchasing my new Lexus at Lexus of Valencia, I know Lexus of Valencia is my Lexus dealership from now on. Thanks for a great experience! I will recommend you to everyone I know! More
My husband and I drove from Glendale to Lexus of Valencia to make our third purchase from them. Al and Mark were friendly, knowledgable and professional and didn't put us through the agony of a protracted ne to make our third purchase from them. I drove off the lot on Sunday and returned on Monday to have the chrome wheels installed, on schedule as promised. Although I live in Glendale, I plan to have all my service performed at Lexus of Valencia. You cannot go wrong with these folks! More
I had just recently got my car wrecked so I was in need of a car with not many options to get it, but wow this dealership was amazing. Going in thinking it wasn't going to happen and the sales associate Jo of a car with not many options to get it, but wow this dealership was amazing. Going in thinking it wasn't going to happen and the sales associate John Perkins and Mark Johnson found a way for me to leave with a Lexus. it was a great price and low apr couldn't have asked for more but then David Kim finance went above and beyond as well. Overall great experience highly recommend to anyone. Oh and they are huge military supporters they wear a red tie for us on Fridays. Thank you Lexus of Valencia. More

I am 46 years old, I have purchased several vehicles from the Valencia Dealerships since 1989 (Ford, Chevy, Cadillac, Dodge, Nissan and my last two vehicles were Lexus') The Valencia Lexus dealership is by the Valencia Dealerships since 1989 (Ford, Chevy, Cadillac, Dodge, Nissan and my last two vehicles were Lexus') The Valencia Lexus dealership is by far the best buying and servicing experience I have ever had. This is the reason I bought my second Lexus. The service department make you feel proud to own a Lexus. Everyone from the person who answers the phones, to the parts counter to the service bay are true professionals. Mr. Jim Riddle in the service department is awesome. He is always cheerful, helpful and understanding. I used to hate taking my cars in for service, but now I don't mind at all. Jim always follows through and keeps you informed of the progress of your vehicle. More
