As a returning customer they went beyond to maintain us and offered a deal we could not pass up. When we took possession of the car they were extremely helpful in setting up some new formats that we never had before. When we went to purchase our new car yesterday we had a horrible experience. Things started out great as we had agreed upon a price before we arrived and things were supposed to go smoothly. We used an auto broker who worked out all the details ahead of time. When we went inside the finance office with David (Who was absolutely fantastic and is not to be blamed for anything that happened) I read the purchase contract and noticed that it listed a $1,000 rebate from Lexus as part of our down payment. This seemed like a nice thing to me until I realized they had increased the purchase price of our car by $1,000.00. When we asked Jarvis why, he said that the dealership was keeping the rebate internally and that we still had the same out the door price for the car. I told him that the car should be reduced by the $1,000 since the rebate comes from Lexus and not the dealer. I also suggested they skip the rebate altogether if they were going to increase the price of the car. He said they are still charging us the same - I pointed out that burying the rebate in the purchase price and deducting it from the other side was not fair. He said that was how they always do it. (I assume he thinks we won't notice that the car has gone up in price and we are paying more sales tax for this little trick.) Then they brought in the General Manager who stayed 53 seconds and then disappeared. After 4 different contracts, they finally did what is right and applied the rebate to the customer. (as Lexus had intended it to be all along). After that - the sales person Leslie comes up to me and says "Oh you got your car aren't you happy?" I replied "are you kidding me - I just went through a meat grinder for a $1,000 on something that was supposed to be easy". I left the dealership in tears. We spent fifty thousand bucks and they tried to put one over on us. No wonder people hate car dealerships. We currently drive two Lexus cars. Mine is about ready to replace, and I will not purchase another car from them ever. More

I had discussed my lease ending and getting into a new lease with Leslie on the phone a few times before coming into the dealership. Everyone at the dealership from front receptionist and other sales personel were very friendly and went out of their way to see if we needed anything. Leslie was very patient with us and answered many questions. She worked very hard with her manager to get the best opportunity for me with a new lease and turning in my Lexus lease that had expired. I went back to Valencia Lexus from my past leasing experience and the great service I received in service from Kristin the times I had to bring my car in for it's maintenance. More

As you may know, it is hard to find one who makes the process so satisfactory for someone whose native language is not English, like me. I was given not only all the options I was looking for, but even more than what I expected. The services and kindness changed the usually tiring process of leasing a car into an enjoyable experience. He had answers to any of the questions we had and the paperwork in order when we were seated in his office. Everyone we came in contact with during our visit was enthusistic. We have no complaints at all with our experience. When it comes time for our next lease or purchase we will be going back to Lexus of Valencia. Thank you for the possitive experience. More
Kristen is absolutely great! I always make sure to ask for her whenever my car needs service. She is super friendly and always gets my car done in a timely manner. My wife & I both own a Lexas in part because of the great customer service we receive if our cars ever require servicing. Recently my car had to go in for oil change and brake check. Our salesman, Ty, was friendly and low-key - - never pushy or "hard-sell." He kept in contact with us throughout the transaction, but we never felt pressured. More
