I have owned 2 Lexus cars since 2004. And since 2004 I would never buy anything but a Lexus. I've bought and serviced both cars at Lexus of Valencia. I live in the San Fernando Valley and travel up to Santa Clarita because they made my purchase extremely easy and believe it or not HUMANE!!! This was my first time working with them and I'm glad I did. After walking out of another Lexus Dealers showroom because of the arrogant treatment I received, I traveled up the 5 freeway and gave these guys a shot. Its truly amazing how two Lexus dealerships, and owned by the same dealer, could be so different. Lee, Al and Jarvis put together the car I wanted, offered my a very fair price for my trade-in and had everything waiting when I got there. The vehicle was detailed and ready in a prompt manner. Jophn explained all the functions of our new car.
