Hi Todd, I'm glad this review concerns you. I admit I was very frustrated when I wrote this review, but why would you have a car advertised on your website and CarGurus for over a week (correct me if I'm wrong) that wasn't for sale? I'm sure you wouldn't survive as a Lexus dealer if you were doing the things I suggested, but please explain how that mistake could've happened. I wasn't trying to get anyone in sales in trouble or fired, but trying to figure out how a car that wasn't for sale was listed on your website and others. I don't need to talk w you on the phone. I wrote the review so others would be aware of this issue so the company could explain how it happened and how it will be fixed. Thanks for your time, DJ
