I had the worst experience ever at Lexus of Tulsa. Had my vehicle hauled 145 miles to their dealership. I explained what all was going on with it and what I wanted checked. Had appointment. They had my c my vehicle hauled 145 miles to their dealership. I explained what all was going on with it and what I wanted checked. Had appointment. They had my car for 8 days. Was told they got busy. Called me on 8th day said couldn't find anything wrong but if i have any problems to call. Picked up car and didn't make it out of town before it broke down. Called service department they would send me to voice mail. Charged me $150 to plug in a obd reader that autozone does for free. I can't get them to explain why they can't fix my car. Asked if a 95 ls400 was something they could work on before I brought it in. Told me absolutely no problem. Picked up car on Saturday they still haven't returned any of my calls. Very unprofessional to treat a paying customer this way. I would think I deserve an explanation a the least for why they can't fix my car. And why David lied to me. More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I have in writing via email an agreement and they completely decived me. I flew in from out of state which included buying plane tickets, hotel etc. I had an OTD price which inc an agreement and they completely decived me. I flew in from out of state which included buying plane tickets, hotel etc. I had an OTD price which includes tax, title and license... Thats what out the door means.. after I picked up the car they told my finance company I didn't pay tax, title etc. I am now getting charged for everything that we had in writing via email on top of the agreed upon price. This dealer will do whatever it takes to steal your money. Whatever you do.. do not deal with Kevin or Margus at this dealership. I am in complete dismay at the way this dealer will do anything to make money. You are just a number to them and they will do anything they can to screw you over. I put over 50% down and all they care about it lining their pockets. You are much better off doing business with any other dealer than this one... all of this over $1,500 which I have in writing that they agreed upon OTD price. STAY AWAY!!! More
I was looking at an car online at Lexus of Tulsa, but had some questions so contacted the dealer from their website. The next day a sales rep got back to me and said the car was going to auction because it some questions so contacted the dealer from their website. The next day a sales rep got back to me and said the car was going to auction because it failed inspection and needed a lot of work on it. OK, but why is it listed on your web site (and has been for over a 10 days) if it's going to auction and not for sale? The SUV was also listed on non-Lexus car buying websites. I figured the dealership is using the ads to lure buyers to their site and dealership to try and talk them into buying a more expensive car. Not cool! If a car isn't for sale, then take it off your website and don't advertise it on car buying websites either. More
Poor experience trying to lease a LS500; I live in OKC and was trying to work a lease deal via phone (COVID-19 pandemic). Sales person was new and kept mentioning her inexperience but still pleasant enoug and was trying to work a lease deal via phone (COVID-19 pandemic). Sales person was new and kept mentioning her inexperience but still pleasant enough. Was doing a site unseen trade appraisal on a Mercedes-Benz. KBB trade value was $75-83k, most other dealers were going off auctions and giving values of $70-75k. Lexus of Tulsa said $56k?!?!? Was this their way of telling me they didn’t want/need my business? Would they have offered a Lexus client who purchased $100k Lexus less than a year ago and put 5000 miles on it $56k? I think not. In this economical climate I wouldn’t think any business could so easily write off a potential client. Disappointing experience and will never attempt to do business with them again. More
Lexus of Tulsa is a great dealership after 2 RX350’s and many maintenance visits. But- Kedrick Watson is no longer with Lexus in the service department and he will he missed by customers. He provided everyt many maintenance visits. But- Kedrick Watson is no longer with Lexus in the service department and he will he missed by customers. He provided everything a female customer dealing with unfamiliar maintenance issues could want. He was truly above and beyond. More

While my car was there one of their employees got in my console and took a pistol that I carry, they had no business being in my console. The man that I dealt with that day said he look at the video tapes and talked to the people that dealt with my car. I do not plan on using Lexus of Tulsa anymore. I believe they have a good service but I don’t want to do business were I have to worry about thing I have left in my car are safe and will be there when my car is returned. More
Todd Williams was great to work with. Todd Williams worked me a great deal on a 2019 RX-350 with Navigation, Mark Levinson and Panoramic sun roof. Great experience and service! I purchased my Lexus last week from Lexus of Tulsa. My sales consultant Randall Horton was very courteous and committed to ensuring a good experience. I purchased my Lexus last week from Lexus of Tulsa. My sales consultant Randall Horton was very courteous and committed to ensuring a good experience. I had my two kids with me, and he was understanding of their needs. We were allowed to test drive alone (I get nervous) and encouraged to use the lounge to relax with snacks while the team handled business. He answered all of my questions and was very personable, which I always appreciate. He was not available when I picked up, but made a plan A and B for another consultant to handle it. He also followed up to make sure that pick up was successful and answer any questions that I had. Also, Joel was my finance guy and was great with thoroughly explaining my loan, and not pushy with offering extended warranties and such. I appreciate the care and courteous measures that were put into my experience pleasant. I highly recommend! More
