The gentleman that I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable about vehicles, not pushy easy to talk to. The vehicle I looked at and test drove had a issue that pulled me away from it, and the sale knowledgeable about vehicles, not pushy easy to talk to. I called back a few days later and spoke with him and he said issue was fixed, and the price was dropped. I came back and looked over the vehicle again and drove it, I decided to purchase it so we started that process. I picked the vehicle up a day later and drove it home. 1 day later I was pulled over by OHP for a courtesy stop, and he informed me that there was a tail light out on the passenger rear. I know the vehicle was purchased “As is” but you would have thought the team at Lexus would look over possible safety issues on a vehicle they had for sale, all lights should be in working order. More
