I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and I have been extremely happy with my purchase. The service rep that I deal with Niko is absolutely amazing, very polite, courteous, and efficient. Let me tell you my last service visit I was charged an additional 3% for paying by credit card. What type of Lexus dealership tax on an additional 3% for using a credit card. In my opinion, they have reduce themselves to a level of a nail salon company like Lexus should not be adding on any kind of percentage for using the credit card. Either absorb it in the cost of doing business or Don’t do it at all. It’s tacky especially for a luxury car dealership. when I got the phone call. Asking how my service was. I explained my disappointment in the 3% charge and there was no empathy instead I got “well you could have paid by check or debit card. That was followed by there are signs everywhere telling you we charge a that was followed by there are signs everywhere telling you we charge an extra 3% and that it was implemented a couple of months ago. Disgusting on Lexus’s part in my opinion. I hope it two star review will make them rethink this poor decision. More
I went in for an oil change and found a car I loved. This is my second Lexus and my salesperson Todd was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to deliver my car! As well as Nina in service. My husband is disabled and because I bought a car while getting an oil change, logistics were tough. The manager, Ken Demski, was so understanding and helped immensely. Both the older Lexus and new Lexus were delivered to my home the very next morning. I love the Lexus family! More
Dominic Turner (service) is UNPROFESSIONAL. . He made a mistake on the bill and insisted in the beginning that he WAS RIGHT.. I change oil every 4 months due to my high mileage.. So last time i . Before i called him i called Lexus AutoMall and they confirmed the price its 123.85 after tax.. So Dominic said : oh after labor charge is $195.94, we asked him what was that $66 you added on the bill for Bulk Oil, he said : thats for rotating tires …WHAT?!! Rotating tires for $66?!! He got cornered and couldnt answer then he said : you know what : i’ll just knock off $60 out of your bill.. I never dealt with Unprofessional service person like DOMINIC, people like him makes customers calls the place STEALERship, and i disagree with that, because starting from the receptionist, sales, account, manager EVERYONE IS PROFESSIONAL Shame on you Dominic Turner (Zero Stars) More
OMG!! I just brought my Lexus in for it's 1st service and WOW! was I impressed! If you haven't seen their new showroom recently, boy will you fall in love! Plus, the inside is like a luxury hotel! They even have a quiet lounge where you can go and get some peace & quiet instead of the hustle & bustle of downstairs! Plus, evryone is adhereing to all of the covid rules and wearing masks. They even disinfected my car before I got back in it! This new building(and the service) is amazing and the perfect addition to the neighborhood! More
Quickly replaced my dying battery in IS350 Over the weekend I noticed that my Lexus was having a difficult time starting and I could tell that the battery was going bad. Without an appointment, I showed up at the dealership on Monday at 7:00 AM when they open. My Service Adviser, Shawn McKenzie, took a look at the schedule and determined that they would be able to get me in right then and there for a new battery. I am so grateful for the assistance & service that Shawn and his team provided - I was able to make it to work that morning just a few minutes after I was scheduled to be there. Shawn has always provided exceptional service and professionalism. Thank you Shawn & the service team at Lexus of Tucson on Speedway! More

i needed to replace the timing belt on my 2002 Isuzu Axiom as 100000 miles was quickly approaching. I checked with several auto repair businesses in my area. (far northwest Tucson) Each and everyone wanted to replace the belt,belt tensioners, and water pump. No one would just replace the belt only. I called Dave in Isuzu service and he said I probably only needed the belt for a total of 476.00. All others I compared were between $700 and $900. He replaced the belt and said those other parts were fine and did' not need replacing.Saved me about $500. They also provided free transportation home and returned to pick me up when the job was completed. Job was completed sooner than expected. Their service is top notch and prices very fair for a Dealer. Would recommend Dave to any Isuzu owners seeking quality work at fair prices from a knowledgeable service manager.
