Phenomenal low pressure customer service, easy to purchase a vehicle and Luis Santiago is an excellent, personable and knowledgeable sales person. Despite only purchasing a used vehicle, we felt like purchase a vehicle and Luis Santiago is an excellent, personable and knowledgeable sales person. Despite only purchasing a used vehicle, we felt like we were purchasing a new Lexus. Luis took the time to completely review the features of the vehicle (non-Lexus) before we arrived and went over everything in great detail. Great experience and I would definitely recommend both the dealership and the Salesperson. FYI - I have generally disliked most other car dealership experiences (the other exception was Royal Kia, which was also a great experience). Thanks Bill B. More

As soon as we arrived at the lot we were met by Joey Medina. He was very warm and friendly. We told him we had checked his inventory online and were interested in the used 2011 RX350 with 9000 miles on Medina. He was very warm and friendly. We told him we had checked his inventory online and were interested in the used 2011 RX350 with 9000 miles on it. Joey showed us the car, pointed out the numerous features and let us take it for a test drive. When I told him I wanted to take the car somewhere where I could get the car up to higher speeds to check residual acceleration, he willingly extended the test drive. The residual acceleration, which is good for emergencies, was good. At the time we did not intend to buy a another vehicle until next year, but with all the wonderful features, excellent reliability ratings, our color preference, and good residual acceleration we were sold on the vehicle. Joe Sullivan the business manager was very professional and thorough. The car was ready on the promised day. A very pleasant shopping experience. We are very happy with our shopping experience. More
The Speedway Lexus Team surpassed my expectations in all ways. They went over and above the call of duty to make sure I was happy... which isn't always easy. Jim and Mike as the two managers were straight- ways. They went over and above the call of duty to make sure I was happy... which isn't always easy. Jim and Mike as the two managers were straight-shooters... and after being to numerous other dealerships what a breath of fresh air. Jim as finance manager has a flare not often found in finance... or car sales for that matter. Very valuable asset to Lexus. I even got flowers after I signed my lease docs from my sales person and he sat with me and explained all the tech features of my new car with patience (Thank you Wayne). W. C. Morrison, our Certified Master salesman, was professional, knowledgeable and engaging. We probably would not have purchased the car had he not been there the evening we bought. Therefore, we giv professional, knowledgeable and engaging. We probably would not have purchased the car had he not been there the evening we bought. Therefore, we give him the highest ratings. (We have assumed W. C. did not have the authority to fix the item that turned our experience negative so far.) Our experience turned negative over what may seem to be a small item. The removable trunk mat looked used. It was misshappen, frayed on the edges, and the carpet nap was worn. It did not represent the high quality we expected from Lexus. When we picked up the new vehicle, the dealership folks told us it had been received at the dealership in the worn condition. They told us to simply put something heavy on it to flatten it out. But clearly, simply "flattening it out" would not bring it within the standards one would reasonalby expect from Lexus. Frankly, we were surprised they did not offer to immediately replace it with a new, presentable mat. We placed the mat under some heavy boxes for 36 hours. That did nothing, so when we drove down to the dealership to ask a couple of questions about operation of the car's options, we showed it to W. C. and to Joe Sullivan. We got the same inputs and no offer to make it right by replacing it with a presentable mat. We did not argue about it. W. C. was busy with another customer. No one else offered to address the problem. So, reluctantly we will highlight it as a very negative aspect of our experience. Regarding the optional question below, we would have written the same thing in the dealership's showroom, but perhaps a little more emphatic. We have marked that we would recommend the dealership because we thought highly of W. C. Morrison. But without him, so far our recommendation would be "No." Kathy and Walter Michael More
