First new car in decades! My husband hasn't had a brand new car in decades. He's been a loyal BMW owner for years. But, as a multi-Lexus owner, I have been encouraging him to make the change as his 335i was starting to age. He had his eye on the RC350 since it came out, asked the dealership to let him know if any were coming back in trade/lease, and sure enough, the salesperson with whom I've worked for years, Cami Robinson, gave my husband a call to let him know one was on the way. Well, suffice it to say that buying a brand new car was much more appealing, and the purchase process was painless. Great trade in price, wonderful sales rep, and even the financing process was "fun." I would recommend this dealership and the Lexus brand to anyone. WC answers questions without being pushy, takes you on as many test drives as you need and explains the ins and outs of your new car. I was specific in what I wanted and WC found just the car for me. WC listens to what you would like and makes sure you are happy. I'd like to add a kudos to Matt, the Tec Guy at the dealership. He will sit with you and explain how things work if you're not familiar with some of the gadgets in your new car. More
