they just dont care Good morning. I picked up my GS450h yesterday and was extremely disappointed in the condition it was returned. The carpets and seats were dirty with Good morning. The carpets and seats were dirty with mechanic greasy grime on the seats and greasy boot marks on the carpet. There were components installed incorrectly and even not at all, that I had to reinstall correctly. There are now scratches on the passenger side of the hood were mechanics usually leans into the engine compartment. My luxury car was not treated as you claim with excellent service. This vehicle has always been serviced at Lexus in California. This was my first visit to Lexus of Tucson and I found this to have been extremely disappointing to say the least! Scratches on my car! Come on! How amateuristic is that! Not putting pieces of the car back together correctly?!?! One positive note is your service greeters and staff are very pleasant but that does not overcome the fact that my Lexus was not returned in better condition than I left it. More

Although, the car went in for an This past week, my Lexus ES300 was at Lexus Auto Mall in Tucson, AZ, under the direction of my advisor, Peggy Maben. Although, the car went in for an oil change, she and I decided to rotate the tires earlier than mileage indicated. Once the wheels were off, well, let’s just say Peggy had myriad matters to address and orchestrate. If you think I don’t care for my car in a timely manner, you are oh so mistaken. Peggy and I are on top of it, whatever it entails. She’s an exceptional listener and follows through on every aspect to the customer’s satisfaction. Once a technician determines a problem(s), she explains the scenario in a way that the customer understands without talking down to them. She’s receptive to questions and stays in contact with her customer throughout the entire process, i.e., from the time their car is checked in till it’s picked up. What more could a customer possibly expect from an advisor like Peggy, who brings 30 years of experience to the table? Answer: Absolutely nothing! Respectfully submitted, Trish More

I moved here from the east coast and have had my car serviced at this dealership several times. I cannot say enough for the employees and the service I have received. Everyone is always very courteous and more than willing to make my experience the best it can be. This week, I went in for a 35,000 mile service but when I arrived for the service, Jim Bingham informed me of a safety campaign that Lexus has undertaken. This mean't that my service would take longer than previously expected. He had already arranged for a loaner car, and because I was having guests in my home that afternoon, he had my car delivered to my home and exchanged for the loaner. Not only that, my car was washed inside and out, and the gas tank was full! This was above and beyond normal service. You guys are the BEST!!! Lynn Anderson More
Lynn Gray was the first and only Service Consultant that I have dealt with in the three years of owning my vehicle. This was the first time that I meet and worked with Sean Hornaday. Sean took care of my n I have dealt with in the three years of owning my vehicle. This was the first time that I meet and worked with Sean Hornaday. Sean took care of my needs and worked with me. This was in regards to a gift certificate that I received and did not cover the 20,000 service maintenance, to which I did not understand completely. Lynn has always been very helpful to me, in whatever circumstance it was. This was the first time with Sean. I did have to wait for someone in the service when I drove in. Then the person had to find who had taken my call and made an appointment with. I depend upon the quality of work that will be done or taken care and I have had no problem. The service that i have had, is the regular maintenance that is required maintenance to keep the vehicle in good running condition. Th battery was replaced. I was very thankful and appreciative for a new battery. My husband and I just drove over 3500 miles with no problems and got good gas mileage. I like my car and enjoy driving it. More

I would really appreciate terminating the sending of the post cards after every service visit. If you really feel that the same questions need to be asked after every visit, you have my e-mail address, why post cards after every service visit.
