Horrible Information Given My Lexus lease ran out in December, so I received two quotes for a new lease; one from my current dealership and then one from Towson Lexus. Connor w My Lexus lease ran out in December, so I received two quotes for a new lease; one from my current dealership and then one from Towson Lexus. Connor would not give me a quote over the phone, but yet wanted to see the competition's quote emailed to him. I had just had surgery and it was going to be difficult to drive the 45 minutes just see their quote. But, I did make the trip. The quote was not ready when I arrived, as promised. Plus the car color I requested was not there to look at. I sat there for 35 minutes waiting for the car to arrive from another dealership. After an hour Connor said the car they were going to bring to show me, got sold. Then he pulls out leasing papers that were blank and wanted me to sign my name on the pages with no figures filled in. I refused. He never said are you now ready to move forward with a leasing agreement. I was only there that day to pick up my quote. Every question I had on each line item of the lease, Conner would jump up from his desk and go ask the manager the answer to my question. This went on for about 30 minutes and about 20 trips to his manager's office. I know Connor was new to the dealership, so I fault this manger for not coming over to his desk to address my questions. It was like he was trying to set Connor up to fail in front of his customer. Next thing I know I am now in front of the leasing person . I was told I could not use my current PA tags. I was also told I could get my PA inspection now without my new PA registration being mailed to me. Both of these items untrue! I have no confidence in this dealership from the top management down. Horrible experience. More

Most recently, they honored a negotiation that I made at the time of purchase that covered the brakes for a specified period of time. My service advisor (Vince Geppi) notified me of the brake issue, verified the agreement, and the Service Department performed the arranged brake service at no cost to me. Vince was very helpful and this was a sign of commitment to the customer that I greatly appreciated. More

I began my experience wanting to explore a pre-owned 2010 GS 350 and a pre-owned 2010 LS 460. I came into the dealership with my own proof of financing from my credit union. The finance guy Randy Schuler harassed me until no end as they wanted me to finance with the dealership. I had to tell them SEVERAL times that I have secured my own financing. Before taking the car home Randy Schuler insisted that I sign a "temporary contract" before pulling off the lot as they request that me THE CUSTOMER go pick the check up from the credit union opposed to them faxing the purchase order all because they are greedy for money and don't want to wait for the check to clear they CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOU. They tricked me into signing this application as when I came back the next day I told them that I wasn't happy with the car but was willing to explore something in my price range a little larger in size or place me back in my vehicle that i originally came in. At this time the General Sales Manager Kevin Ferg stated NO we DO NOT take back vehicles nor will we give you yours back I don't know what to tell you sorry. He then proceeded to call the police to have my boyfriend put out of the dealership as my boyfriend had questions as to why they cant help me or return me to my OLD CAR when I haven't even had the vehicle 24 hrs. The General Sales Manager Kevin Ferg then threatens me as my boyfriend is forced to stand outside by saying I better return the check or else he WILL run my credit and HE WILL get it financed BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY this is FRAUD FLAT OUT plain as day. At this point I called the police on them and the officer suggested that I seek legal council as he has never encountered any such as this with a dealership. In addition while test driving one of their vehicles one of the sales people stole my sunglasses. This has been utterly the WORST experience of my life for me to be a first time Lexus owner. You have been warned please read the reviews on this site and take heed before purchasing a vehicle with this dealership. Let someone else's experience save you from being completely disrespected, lied to, stolen from, and bullied into your car purchase. Do your research and read these reviews carefully as I have. I have seen that there have been other folks that have experienced the same treatment as I have. More

It was a good experience and the car has been great. A few weeks ago when my Toyota Camry got up to 242K miles, I decided it was time to replace it. We went back to Cassidy at Lexus of Towson and found another excellent pre-owned Lexus ES 350. I am again happy with the car and the experience. More

Excellent experience in every way! Let me preface this by saying I have purchased 3 Mercedes from Valley Motors and 3 Infinitis from Nationwide Infiniti so I have some experience purcha Let me preface this by saying I have purchased 3 Mercedes from Valley Motors and 3 Infinitis from Nationwide Infiniti so I have some experience purchasing luxury autos. I have to say It was a pleasure to deal with Dane and Johnathan, as they were both very helpful and accomadating. I was never rushed or pressured during the entire process. Furthermore they gave me $2000 more for my trade than Carmax offered. Also they gave me a nice discount on a hot car that very few Lexus dealers are discounting. In summary were Valley Motors and Nationwide Infiniti dropped the ball, Lexus of Towson hit a home run...... More

So I broug So, I got a recall in the mail that stated if my Lexus IS250 was running rough and the check engine light was on they would fix at no cost. So I brought it in and after a series if inconclusive test they told me I needed to replace the spark plugs. So I agreed. A day later the engine light came back on so I went back and ran some more test and still couldn't perform the free recall service because the new scan showed I needed a catalytic converter and they couldn't address that with replacing a portion of the exhaust pipe as well. Anyhow, I took my car without any service to two different Autozones and an Amaco and all three scans showed a P2757 code which was for a solenoid in the transmission. I did some googling and this explains all my symptoms. My question is that the dealership was trying to hit me up with over $2000 in charges for something I didn't need. Just like the spark plugs. This is inexcusable and we should be able to prosecute these guys and their blatant lies. The Service Consultants are nothing more than salesman trying to pick your pocket any way they can. I'm taking my car to a transmission shop to get this issue fixed. All in all, how can you trust these guys with such a blatant lie? Run, run, run from this place. More
RUDE USED CAR SALES MANAGER (Josh Katz). I AM NOT ALONE. BE CAREFUL. THIS DEALER LISTS CARS AS CERTIFIED, BUT THE PRICE NEXT TO THE LISTING IS NOT FOR A CERTIFIED CAR. THEY ADD AN ADDITIONAL $1000 FOR CERTIF BE CAREFUL. THIS DEALER LISTS CARS AS CERTIFIED, BUT THE PRICE NEXT TO THE LISTING IS NOT FOR A CERTIFIED CAR. THEY ADD AN ADDITIONAL $1000 FOR CERTIFICATION FEE. My overall experience was not pleasant. I bought the car just because my family liked the car and I could not find another one with that color combination within 80 miles radius. Besides, I sold my car the weekend before and we needed another car. The car I bought was listed on the Internet (Lexus Pre-Owned Site and the Dealership site) for $40,000 certified. I called in the morning and we negotiated to $38,500. I provide my information and they ran credit and etc. When I arrived, I saw them adding $300 dealer processing and $1000 certification fee to the price. I understand and agree with the dealership’s processing fee, but I could not understand the $1000 certification fee. The used car sales manager (Josh I think), who is the rudest individual I have met in my life, told me that the Internet price and what we negotiated did not include the Lexus certification. I could buy the car without the certification and not pay the $1000. I called other dealerships and they said that their online price includes the certifications. I manager, knowing that I traveled 80 miles, told me that I don’t have to buy the car and this is the way they do it. Another thing that really ticked me off was the manager’s unwillingness to fix things with the car. The front bumper had a scratch and I wanted that fixed. He said that with that price, he has no room to fix that. He sold me the car pretty much at the asking price. I told him how much it would cost to fix the bumper. He was unwilling to move from his spot to go and check. He just said that he doesn’t know and he can’t find out. He basically told me that I am not an important customer to him and that he doesn’t care if I buy or not. I bought the car because I liked it, but I told him that I write a review about him and his practice with adding the $1000 certification fee. He acted that he doesn’t care. Either he owns the dealership and feels untouchable for he lacks basic sales person or even human interaction skills. Apparently I am not the only one who felt the same way about the manager. I really enjoyed the business manager (finance guy) I dealt with. The sales guys tried to make me happy, although I think he should have told me if they were planning to add another $1000 to the price. More
