I have been trying to speak to a manager for over 3 weeks now in regards to the Lexus certification and no one will call me back. An independent shop advised that the car was possibly in an accident that was not disclosed. Still awaiting a response from this management team to discuss my concerns. I guess once you buy a car they brush you off if anything is wrong. Very disappointed in this type of service. Please be aware of this if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from them More
