I returned again today to drop off the title and extra key phob. I had questions about my electronic settings. Greg spent at least an hour with me helping me get my questions answered. I love the customer service even after the sale. I encourage anyone wishing to purchase a new or used Lexus to go here. I noticed that they don’t have a PA system. I found that to be very nice not to have that distraction (I’ve had my salesperson drawn away from me by a page on several occasions ). I truly hope the customer service continues as that means so much to customers.
