We had been looking for a used 2010 Lexus with low mileage, and Nick called us when it came in. When we picked up the car, he explained in detail every thing we needed to know about the Navigation system and the entire workings of the car. He set up my follow appointments and made sure I had a loaner car when I came in. I told him my sister might also be interested in the same year car as long as it had low mileage, and he called me immediately after locating a car that fit the criteria. I went in with her a few days later to look at the car, we made a deal.... and she drove off with the car. Nick was courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. I was also impressed with the service when I took the car in to get the gel coat applied. I will definitely consider purchasing another car from your dealership, and would hope that Nick is there to take care of us at the time. I understand Silver star also owns the Chevrolet dealer in Thousand Oaks, and my husband purchased a SSR truck there, and unfortunately he did not have the same experience as we had with Lexus.Their service department has not lived up to the standards one would expect, while Lexus does.
