My experience at Thousand Oaks Lexus was superb. When I got there, he went out of his way to show my wife and I a good selection of cars (I wanted a 2009 RX 350). He gave extensive information about each car he showed, and the details really helped me to decide. And, even though I was positive that I didn't want a black Lexus - that was ultimately what I purchased from you, because of Jason's great feedback and because he worked hard to negotiate a good price (and I love the car!). Jason also was able to get me an excellent price for this car, as I found out later. As a senior manager in Customer Service, I've heard many great things over the years about Lexus, and have tried to emulate some of these learning's with my own staff. But I tell you, hearing things second-hand is not as good as experiencing it yourself. Hang onto Jason -- he's one of the good ones. More

I leased a 2011 Lexus IS250 from Steven M. Johiro in June 2011 and was very pleased with my experience. From the beginning, Steve was attentive, warm, welcoming, helpful, and honest. Knowing that I had to work late, Steve went over and beyond by delivering the car to me. I was extremely ecstatic and very grateful for the extra steps he took to make me happy. Steve made me feel comfortable with all of my questions by answering, explaining, and demonstrating every aspect of the car in detail. He was very attentive to what I wanted and strived to meet all of my needs. He treated me with the utmost respect and was very professional and pleasant to work with. He was punctual with our appointment and followed up with me a week later to see how I was enjoying my new Lexus. I did not have any problems with my car and appreciated the time he took to check up on me. I have already recommended all of my friends and family to him as I would definitely come to him again in the future for my next Lexus. Steven was a complete gentleman when I first walked into the dealership. He offered me a bottle water since it was a hot day. It was such a good experience having Steve to help me find my next new Lexus. The minute I got to the dealership, I was nervous about which salesperson was going to approach me. Being a female, you fe find my next new Lexus. The minute I got to the dealership, I was nervous about which salesperson was going to approach me. Being a female, you feel quite vulnerable at car dealerships. However, all that went out the window because of Steve. Unlike other salespeople that I've dealt with, he's not pushy or shows any manipulative manners just to meet his sales quota. Quite the opposite, he was like another friend who patiently guided me to all the different options and pricing that meets my satisfaction and needs. I loved working with Steve who knows how to deliver a promise and makes sure that you walk away from this dealership with a 5 star rating in your mind! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! More
I went to Steven to just inquire about buying a new is350 but pretty much decided on the spot that he was the guy I wanted to deal with. With that said, he was still super helpful even though I gave a lot of clear signals that I wasn't ready to buy on that day. After I did more of my homework, I decided to go with the is and knew that Steven was the person I wanted to speak with only. With the minimal amount of time spent on paperwork, I left the dealership feeling clean and excited to drive my new baby..not dirty and scummy like some of the other dealerships around. I dont know if Steven got his training at Lexus of TO or if he was just naturally this genuine but it made for a great experience. I have and will continue to recommend Steven to all my my lexus buying buddies! Thanks man! More
