From the day I purchased my car at Lexus of Tampa Bay, I have been happy with them. I have experienced good customer service before, but Lexus of Tampa Bay and my sales person, Mark Watson, are heads above have been happy with them. Their solid policy on outstanding customer service is evident from sales, to financing to service. When I most recently took my car for a required service, I got an appointment when it was convenient for me and was provided with a loaner car. Lexus of Tampa Bay delivers as promised. Excellent customer service is NOT dead in America! I purchased my Lexus 450H at this dealership, and I service it here as well. When I am there, my salesperson, Richard LaFay, is always friendly and wants to know how he can help. The service people are excellent, also. I was greeted right on time for my service repair appointment, had a seat and made a delicious cup of coffee in their luxurious waiting area, used their wifi, and within almost no time, my car was ready. Having continuous questions about how to use the bluetooth on my phone is not a problem; Richard is always so welcoming and knowledgeable. He really is a wizard at helping me with any technological gadgetry on my new Lexus. Having him as my salesperson was a true stroke of luck for me! I would recommend this dealership, and especially Richard LaFay to any of my good friends and family. More
Called for an appointment to get a air sensor for run flats and checked to see if they had the part. Drove in 30 miles and they were out of the part. Cost me another round trip of 60 miles. Then this Tuesday, I called twice to Service to get a phone mail and left msgs both times. No one returned my call by the next afternoon. Called Parts and waited 25 minutes but was in periodic contact with the front desk. She finally took my number and the info on the battery I wanted and said they would call back - they never did. Called Wednesday and finally got to talk with someone in Service for an oil change - nothing available until next Monday and then I got disconnected. These people are horrible - I would rather take my car to a Ford dealership More
