Lexus of Tampa Bay - Service Center

Service was great. I was very grateful to get a loaner vehicle. However, Lexus quality should check those vehicles over before letting them out. The one I had had a soft tire and the cargo area was covere vehicle. However, Lexus quality should check those vehicles over before letting them out. I went to Lexus of Tampa Bay on Saturday for routine maintenance and to have a recall taken care of. The scheduler was great about getting a Saturday appointment for me. I have a husband in a wheel chair and my health care person didn’t show up to stay with him. I told Scott in service and asked him to please get me out ASAP, asked him to skip car wash etc. He had me ou person didn’t show up to stay with him. I told Scott in service and asked him to please get me out ASAP, asked him to skip car wash etc. He had me out of there in 30 to 40 minutes. It is greatly appreciated, that’s what I call service!
