Previous service advisor Brian was much better than new Advisor. I had 60k service and spent $1300. From when I pulled up new service advisor was not engaging or too friendly. I had to ask questions about the service I was getting vs. advisor explaining to me what I am paying for which wasn’t cheap. When I picked up my vehicle the same thing. I had to ask was everything ok, how was my breaks, etc.. I felt like a number and wanted me to pay so he could move on. I been using you all for many years and do not think I will be back to you all. My previous advisor Brian was great and I trusted him. More

Service was great. I was very grateful to get a loaner vehicle. However, Lexus quality should check those vehicles over before letting them out. The one I had had a soft tire and the cargo area was covere vehicle. However, Lexus quality should check those vehicles over before letting them out. I went to Lexus of Tampa Bay on Saturday for routine maintenance and to have a recall taken care of. The scheduler was great about getting a Saturday appointment for me. I have a husband in a wheel chair and my health care person didn’t show up to stay with him. I told Scott in service and asked him to please get me out ASAP, asked him to skip car wash etc. He had me ou person didn’t show up to stay with him.
