Did not keep me updated on status of vehicle. Representative went on vacation & so bounced around to various others to try to find out status of vehicle. No one at dealership ever initiated contact with me until after I picked up vehicle & email from someone who wanted to talk about buying my used vehicle. Loaner car, while appreciated, was not clean, personal items had been left in front & back, dirty floorboards, display said “maintenance needed, contact dealership”. Repair work was done as requested. Thankful for that More

And when my vehicle was ready she assisted me by filing the insurance claim, and I notice when I drove off my RX had a full tank of gas. Pamela provided stellar service. She's the best. More
