I made an appointment to have my Lexus NX300 serviced at Lexus of Tampa Bay and as usual, it was a positive experience. Ary, the service advisor understood exactly what I wanted and needed and escorted my Lexus of Tampa Bay and as usual, it was a positive experience. I had my GX460 services at Lexus of Tampa Bay that included among other things, their 160 point inspection. Four days later my battery died and I had to have it jump started and get it to an AutoZone included among other things, their 160 point inspection. Four days later my battery died and I had to have it jump started and get it to an AutoZone for a battery replacement. This tells me that they DO NOT inspect the vehicle. They are just looking for ways to upsell you for other services. I will not be going back. More
Scheduled an appt at 9AM but car would not start (battery). Had vehicle towed in due to time constraints and was dropped off at 1. I called ahead to advise the vehicle would be towed in. Recieved a call on my wifes phone for some reason to advise they recieved the car and would call back later with results. Recieved a call later in the day to my wifes phone advising they would not be able to look at the car that day. It was a dead battery. I would have changed it myself but figured I would get the Lexus experience and covered under warranty. Once i picked up the vehicle it was covered in bird xxxx and pollen. Lexus of Tampa Bay has gone to the birds and become their waste. Completely turned me off from the brand and will be selling our Lexus shortly. More
