The dealership has a wonderful employee name Angelique, she works in service and she was my advisor. They diagnosed the problem, and my sensors in the back weren’t working due to a rodent in the engine bay she works in service and she was my advisor. The other option would be to put in an insurance claim. My deductible is $1000! Neither were options. I was given a loaner car, and Angelique was very sympathetic, as you can imagine that was quite a bit of money to come up with when it’s unexpected. Lexus would not repair it. Because it wasn’t a Lexus defect. I have been leasing with Lexus for years, and I’m a very loyal client. When my vehicle was returned, it was filthy on the outside. Every other dealer I have gone to has washed my car and even put gas in. That’s why we buy Lexus because the service is supposed to be top notch. I am extremely disappointed and the worst part is, I’m left with disconnected wires that could have been easily repaired by Lexus and keep the customer safe and satisfied! I will not return to the dealership and I am reaching out to the Lexus owner’s! More
The Tampa Lexus place is really a pleasure to be… Waiting is never fun, although this place makes it easier to wait. They have USB plug ins for loading the iPads and phones. I leased this car from Lexus Of Clearwater however, since they no longer seem to pick up vehicles and Lexus Of tampa Bay was closer, I chose to go there for service. After this visit, I will never lease from another dealership, this is my fifth lease and many service visits in the past were with Lexus Of tampa Bay. This gentleman in terms of his level of service far surpassed any visit that I have ever made to this dealership. End result is when I lease my next car Lexus Of tampa Bay is going to be my choice.
