Lexus of Tampa Bay used to be my favorite as Service was top of the line . Not so anymore. Same problem after supposedly fixing with a hefty bill. Not caring like they were previously. The customer service at the dealership was great the time I had to wait there was crazy I was given a 2 hour time frame and I end up being there like 4 hours I had to wait there was crazy I was given a 2 hour time frame and I end up being there like 4 hours More

I took my 13 yr old car in for a check of the brakes & I walked away with a repair estimate of over $7,800! The consultant gave me a “hard sell” that the car was unsafe to drive off the lot (“I wouldn’t let walked away with a repair estimate of over $7,800! The consultant gave me a “hard sell” that the car was unsafe to drive off the lot (“I wouldn’t let my grandmother drive it”), & even tried to convince me he was giving me a discount on parts. Now, I realize there are issues other than brakes that should be attended to but I feel certain he was taking advantage of me. I sought an independent mechanic who will be able to fix all truly necessary issues for less than $2,000. I will never trust the dealer again. As they say, I was born at night but not last night!! More
