I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Lexus of Tampa Bay’s Service department. I was in a tight spot when my RX350 decided to not start. This was the first maintenance appointment for my new RX 350h. The maintenance advisor who helped me told me my wait time would be around 90 minutes. The wait room facilities were very comfortable and clean 350h. The maintenance advisor who helped me told me my wait time would be around 90 minutes. Even though I was slightly early for my appointment, the maintenance team was ready to go! I was in and out in 82 minutes.
