The facility upgrade is beautiful and clean. It was easy to drive through when dropping off. I was able to use the shuttle to take of some business while waiting for service of my car. This was the first maintenance appointment for my new RX 350h. The maintenance advisor who helped me told me my wait time would be around 90 minutes.
