We bought again because I truly appreciate the up front no haggle pricing, the service and diagnostics to figure out what is wrong with th Tampa Bay. Car initially booked for routine service had engine light go off just before appt. I communicated with scott about it via email. The part had to be ordered. I got a loaner for 4 days.
