I CAN'T BELIEVE THE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT LEXUS OF TAMPA BAY. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH MICHAEL MIKE WOLPOFF. I SHOUKD HAVE KNOWN HE WAS A JOKE BECAUSE THE FIRST THING HE SAID WAS WE DONT NEGOTIATE P BAY. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH MICHAEL MIKE WOLPOFF. I SHOUKD HAVE KNOWN HE WAS A JOKE BECAUSE THE FIRST THING HE SAID WAS WE DONT NEGOTIATE PRICES WHEN I DIDNT EVEN ASK. HE SOLD US A 2020 INFINTI QX50, WHEN I TEST DROVE THE CAR WE NOTICED THE CAR KEPT PULLING TO THE RIGHT, MIKE TOLD US THATS NO PROBLEM, THE CAR JUST NEEDS AN ALIGMENT AND ILL DO THAT FOR YOU PLUS IF THAT IS NOT IT IT CAN BE THE TIRES AND WE CAN GET YOU NEW ONES, THATS A PROMISE FROM MIKE IF WE PURCHASE THE CAR. CAR WAS PURCHASED AN ALIMENT WAS DONE BUT THE CAR WAS STILL DOING THE SAME THING. MIKE SAID LEAVE THE CAR SO THE MECHANIC CAN CHECK IT AND DO THE ALIMENT OVER, LEFT MY CAR AT LEXUS FOR 7 DAYS JUST TO GO BACK TO THE SAME PROBLEM WITH 2 USED TIRES AND MIKE TELLING ME THE CAR IS FIXED AND THE MECHANIC SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER NUMEROUS TIMES AND HE NEVER TOLD A MANAGER SO I GOT BACK IN CONTACT WITH THE GUY NEWTON WHO FINANCED THE CAR AND HE CONTACTED THE SALES MANAGER SIERRA HALL. WE SAT WITH SIERRA AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED WITH ALL OUR EVIDENCE (TEXT MESSAGES MIKE SENT ABOUT WHAT HE WOULD DO FOR US) AND ALSO LET HER KNOW HOW UNPROFESSIONAL MIKE WAS TO THE OTHER EMPLOYEE SYDNEY IN SERVICE. HE TRIED TO SAY SHE WAS LYING ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND THAT SHE WAS TRYING TO MAKE MONEY OFF LEXUS.HE WAS OUT OF LINE PERIOD.AS I TOLD MIKE AND SIERRA, I WANT THE CAR, I JUST WANT YOU GUYS TO HORON WHAT YOU TOLD ME, THATS ALL. SIERRA EXPLAINED THAT THE DIDNT WANT TO FIX THE CAR BECAUSE THE LABOR IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND MAYBE OVER $2000. AFTER A CONVERSATION SIERRA HALL PROMISED ME, SHE WOULD FIX PROBLEM WHICH WE KNOW IS THE CONTROL ARM BECAUSE LEXUS ITSELF SAID SO WHEN THEY DID THE ALIGMENT IT SHOWED A CRACKED CONROL ARM, THEY EVEN SENT THE PICTURES TO MY PHONE. ALL I WANT IS TO BE TREATED FAIRLY. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS SINCE SIERRA SAID SHE WOULD CALL AND SCHEDULE A TIME TO DROP THE CAR OFF TO BE FIXED BUT I HAVENT HEARD FROM HER EITHER. IVE BEEN LEAVING MESSAGES LIKE CRAZY BUT NO CALL BACK YET. ITS LIKE IM GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THIS REALLY SUCKS. BUT I WILL BE TAKING ACTION. More

Just had the best purchase experience ever! I asked for detailed pricing, I got it quickly. My questions regarding the vehicle were answered asap. Thanks to Aly (salesperson) for responding to my questions but not calling me constantly to bug me (which I requested of him not to do). The other dealerships I dealt with would not give me the written full pricing, and some (like Clearwater Nissan) tried to add a "Protection Package" for $2,499 which was ludicrous. Lexus of TB is a traditional dealer and makes the selling process easy and transparent. More
