Worst customer service out of any dealership I have been to. Usually dealerships give great customer service and always follow up. Not here they seem to not care, maybe it’s just me but I provided all infor to. Usually dealerships give great customer service and always follow up. I put in another lead to hope I get a new salesman and they told me to stop putting in leads for the car but I really wanted it. They turned me off of it. Therefore going to another dealer. Never had this poor of customer service before. More

Did not keep me updated on status of vehicle. Representative went on vacation & so bounced around to various others to try to find out status of vehicle. Originally told work would take a few days but wound up being over a week. No one at dealership ever initiated contact with me until after I picked up vehicle & email from someone who wanted to talk about buying my used vehicle. Loaner car, while appreciated, was not clean, personal items had been left in front & back, dirty floorboards, display said “maintenance needed, contact dealership”. Repair work was done as requested. Thankful for that More
