I recently had my 2017 ls service and was very dissatisfied with my service representative. She was very shrewd and disrespectful. I've been a lexus owner since 2015 when purchased my 2016 ES. Nor dissatisfied with my service representative. She was very shrewd and disrespectful. I've been a lexus owner since 2015 when purchased my 2016 ES. Normally I deal with Scott Banta but this day he was off. Great guy very professional and makes you feel welcomed unlike Ary Vargas. She didn't look up any info on my vehicle pertaining to it warranty. She tried charging me for things that are covered under my warranty and service plan. When it was explained to her the car is certified and it has extended warranty and all she still was adamant about her knowledge of my vehicle until she finally looked it up. All in all I will be taking my services to either clearwater lexus or Wesley chapel lexus. I'd rather drive an extra 30/45 minutes out my way to get better customer service. Again not all representative are like her. Scott was great these past few years. But I'll just go elsewhere. She gave me the sense that she wasn't to pleased to service someone of my cultural background and identity. More
Big fan of Lexus, and the options at this particular dealership are very good, and they provide the little extras that make them stand out among Lexus dealers. This is our third purchase from this dealership, and haven't been disappointed with anything other than the wait on getting to the paperwork. If I could recommend one thing, it would be to add finance staff or modify the process. For those buyers that walk in, select a car, and have a deal established in an hour, or less, it should not take three additional hours just to get to the paperwork portion. Service is okay at this location, but truth be told we go to another Lexus dealership that closer for us for service and maintenance. More
From driving in to the service department it was confusing with little to no direction or what to expect.
