So disappointed. We have had our car serviced by lexus since we bought it 7 years ago. We had a new salesperson and he was really lacking in tact. Our car was only getting an oil change/filter and he brought a bill over $12,000. We won't be back. To add insult to injury, the miles were put in incorrectly and showed up as "inconsistent mileage" on our carfax report. More
