If Joe Biden ran a car dealership it'd operate like Lexus of Tampa Bay. Fraud and dishonesty drives their conduct. I requested an out-the-door price quote on a 2023 ES. The Eddie Isin, an internet salesman, tried to shake me down by adding an "appearance package" costing nearly $1,300. He blathered on and on about the package, exaggerating the benefits of a product I hadn't asked for. It was simply a sleazy ripoff ploy. Kind of like adding 80,000 compliance agents to the IRS no one in America requested. A few days later Kimberly Couch, the general sales manager, emailed me touting the dealership's "high standard of customer service," how they "strive for 100% customer satisfaction" and asking for my feedback. So I relayed the my disdain for the sleazy sales approach. Funny, I haven't heard back from her. Maybe she's just senile and doesn't remember emailing me. Or maybe she chooses to ignore negative feedback. So if you're looking for a "Biden the Salesman" car buying experience head over to Lexus of Tampa Bay. More

In the hunt for a used 2022 Lexus GX, I found what I was looking for at this dealership. The entire transaction was handled on-line as I live several hours away. I dealt with Ziad who was professional and responsive to every question and inquiry I made. My car was delivered to me in Fort Lauderdale within 48 hours of the dealership receiving the money. The car is pretty amazing. I like my cars to be slightly used, under manufacturers warranty, and reliable. This vehicle met this test. I would buy from Ziad again. More
