We just bought a new RX 350h and are very pleased with it. Austin Swan was our salesman and did a GREAT job from beginning to end. The entire facility was clean, professional, and well run. I didnt have a bad experience but the service dept should have known about the tail light being out. I found out after I drove home. Now I have to wait for parts.
