I went to purchase a new car at Tampa Bay Lexus and had a very bad experience. I was told I could not purchase a vehicle because I made a complaint against Manager Michael Lee, this was because of a misunder very bad experience. I was told I could not purchase a vehicle because I made a complaint against Manager Michael Lee, this was because of a misunderstanding with the contract on my trade in, which the payoff was incorrect. The way I was treated was unacceptable and confusing. How can I be told I can not come on to the property and purchase a vehicle when all I did was make a complaint? This company obviously does not believe in customer service. I had to go to Sarasota Lexus dealership to purchase my vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

I have worked with Lauren before and not only is he a great salesman, but he is a wonderful person who is extremely professional on all levels.
