Steve was prompt, courteous and acknowledged an appointment conflict well within time to change our plans. Our first Lexus lasted us 8 years. We would be glad to buy from him again. I purchsed a used vehicle from Lexus of Tampa Bay. I had an issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase, in which the warranty provided did not cover. There are some people you run into on your path that are instantly likeable and genuine. Then there are others who have to work at being freindly the same way you work to buff wax off a car.
