While waiting for the key, we looked at several new vehicles and decided to give one a try. We approached Steve and told him we would like to look at some models. Although we did not have time for a test drive, Steve offered us some brochures and set up a future time for a test drive. We showed up a few days later, had the drive and decided to purchase. Steve was prompt, courteous and acknowledged an appointment conflict well within time to change our plans. Our first Lexus lasted us 8 years. We would be glad to buy from him again. Hopefully, he will still be there! More

I purchsed a used vehicle from Lexus of Tampa Bay. I had an issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase, in which the warranty provided did not cover. This was not something the dealership was obligated to do, but was without a doubt a good faith gesture on their part. There are some people you run into on your path that are instantly likeable and genuine. Then there are others who have to work at being freindly the same way you work to buff wax off a car. The end result might be good but the fact that it takes effort is visible to the customer and creates an awkward feeling. The difference I think is whether you have a genuine love for people in general or not. Jeanette is a very genuine person and she worked very hard to earn our business. We feel like we have a new freind, not just a new car. My advice, keep calling in until you hear, "this is Jeanette Hernandez," then start talking. The car? Oh, that was great too! I was really dreading the whole dealer/ consumer interaction that happens when you look to buy a car, but that was a thing of the past when my husband and I worked with Eric.
