My fiancé has serviced her car at this location since 2012. Correspondence with the Sales Manager Joel Jerrell at Tampa Lexus reminded me of why the general public can’t stomach car salesmen. He was sarcastic, arrogant, and pompous, there would be no way in xxxx I would even treat someone like this in his line of work. Fortunately we have now started working with another Lexus Dealership a few hours away. Correspondence has been the ultimate customer satisfaction with them and hopefully we will be driving away, this coming weekend, with a car purchase from them. Be real cautious of this Joel Jerrell. He exhibits the dirty side of a salesmen. More

A Very Bad Experience I contacted an internet sales associate at Lexus of Tampa Bay to receive an out-the-door price for a 2019 RX350. I knew exactly what I wanted and iden I contacted an internet sales associate at Lexus of Tampa Bay to receive an out-the-door price for a 2019 RX350. I knew exactly what I wanted and identified the model number from their on-line inventory that I was interested in. I received an itemized price quote which included a significant savings below the MSRP. When I went to the dealership to finalize the sale, the sales associate handed me another itemized price quote which had 2 additional line items that increased the out-the-door price by $1,000. I was upset that he had not disclosed these additional price items in the original quote that he had sent me. I think it was the lowest form of "bait and switch". I left the dealer angry and upset. I would never recommend Lexus of Tampa Bay to anyone. More
