Horrible Communication, No Regard for Compliance. This dealership and all parties involved in the financial transactions are absolutely unorganzied, unprofessional and terrible at communicating. They are a perfect example of a "great sales rep" promoted to a financial representative. They do nothing to prepare, analyze and paint the best picture possible for a proposal to a lender. They run, run, run your credit until its been dinged so many times your score is negatively impacted. Whats WORSE is whenever they do this for a vehicle that has already been sold. And, even after they were given consent to ONLY RUN THE APPLICATION THROUGH THE ONE AND CURRENT LENDER I HAVE AT THIS TIME. Terrible communication, no care for upset consumers. I'm concerned their dealership specifically may have some very shady business practices being performed based on how they treated me. Go somewhere else, there are plenty of honest other places. More
Horrible experience. My boyfriend went to buy a Lexus Rx350 for me. This dealership happened to have the color I wanted in AWD as I wanted. Not only did he end up paying full asking but the salesman was Rx350 for me. This dealership happened to have the color I wanted in AWD as I wanted. Not only did he end up paying full asking but the salesman was a rude, arrogant jerk. Not all the tires matched. The driver side window and the trunk are having problems opening and closing. I went there with my friend to test drive a car and when my best friend, who happens to be African American, got out of the car the salesman looked at me then looked at her and said to me “ you are the one my best friend, who happens to be African American, got out of the car the salesman looked at me then looked at her and said to me “ you are the one buying the car, right?”. We found that very offensive! I emailed the Chris the General manager and he emailed me back and never once apologized just made excuses for the sales person. Don’t ever go there!! More
I have gone to this dealership for 12 years, unfortunately I will not be going back to their sales department! We leased our Vehicle Three and a half years ago, we went in to buy out our lease, unfortunately I will not be going back to their sales department! The sales manager knew we were coming, for he told me to text ahead so he would be ready! He was not ready or prepared at all!! Then he was soo rude and disrespectful he told us we could part ways and take our business elsewhere because we wanted a low interest rate and we didn’t want the run around! He didn’t like that! Really? Your going to ask a client rudely to leave because they don’t want the run around from a dealership and want a cheap interest rate? But we got the run around for 5 hours! I suggest You think twice before going to this dealership to buy a car!! The service department is great, but do not do their sales department, the sales managers are not professional that we have dealt with! They could have even sold us a new car, but I could not get a sales man to follow through to give us prices, so we gave up! So sad and too bad for they lost out!! More

After spending 2 hrs waiting on the sale rep, he came back to me and said he will get someone else to help me, waited another 1/2 hour he told me that the car was sold a few days ago but however it's still listed on there website (Lexus of Tampa Bay) and on true car. Then they trying to sell me a car that I can't afford. After 3 hrs I was told that they have another car to fit my budget but it was $2000 more, after another 1/2 hour was told that the car was at a location in West Palm Beach. More
Total scam artists! I visited Lexus of Tampa Bay over the weekend to look into an ES350, and I have never been treated so poorly. First off the sales person I was working I visited Lexus of Tampa Bay over the weekend to look into an ES350, and I have never been treated so poorly. First off the sales person I was working with Eddie passed me off to another sales person Al (totally unprofessional sales person) because Eddie spotted a person looking at an LS500 and dropped me like a hot potato. We test drove the Lexus ES with Al (who wouldn't shut up through out the entire test drive and told us about his night at the club the night before and how he is unhappy selling cars.) When we returned to the dealership, I told Al that I wanted to see what the numbers would look like if I traded in my 18 Volvo XC90 for the ES. I was totally transparent and told Al that the Volvo had been involved in a rear end accident and it would pull on CarFax, however the car was repaired by Volvo with all OEM parts and is in perfect condition. According to KBB, an 18 Volvo XC90 with 11k miles with a accident history should trade for $34k-$35k, which is about $10k less than a Volvo with a clean CarFax. Bottom line Lexus offered $15k on trade! What a total rip off. You expect a Lexus dealership to be more professional etc., but in this case this place is run like a buy here pay here car lot off of Nebraska! Avoid them! More
