Sales person, Ali, was great. Luke, financial person, was a pleasure to deal with and I have never said that about any dealer Financial person! The one negative was the Auto Body/Detail Department. I did question when I was told the car would be detailed in less than one hour, which is impossible unless 12 people were doing the work. My fear was proved true when it was obvious they simply washed the vehicle. Then I was told that if they buffed it to remove fallout, it may disrupt the integrity of the paint and they were leaving it up to me! Then I was told there was miscommunication and they would take care of it before I returned the following weekend. I almost cancelled the sale, but I did return and purchased it. When I got home and really looked the car over, it was obvious that they did a nice job on the areas you can easily see, but the door wells and wheel wells, and areas covered by the convertible roof were untouched. When I told Luke, who went the extra mile to come to my house for payment, he informed me that they fired the entire department so obviously there have been problems before mine. I guess mine was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Would I do business with the dealer again? I would. However I expect elite and professional service in ALL areas from a Lexus dealer. More
Depends on who you end up dealing with is how your experience will be. We started off with a female who didn’t seem to like her job much. It was pulling teeth to get information on the specs of the ne experience will be. We started off with a female who didn’t seem to like her job much. It was pulling teeth to get information on the specs of the new car. When we tried to make a deal the numbers kept changing and we were waiting for long times without any updates. After another long wait without knowing what the wait was for we decided to leave after spending 4 hrs at this dealership. One of the managers called us within minutes of leaving and asked us to come back and make it work. They did indeed make it work when we got back and we bought a new car. The shifting of numbers kept occurring but in the end and spending 7 hrs that Sunday we drove off with the new car. The second time we had way better people helping us. But nobody should spend this long time to buy a car. We are very happy with our new Lexus and only because my partner had bought 3 other Lexus cars at this dealership is why we came back. This was his first experience that was so different than all his prior experiences. We should have asked for a different sales Person when she wasn’t willing to provide answers and didn’t seem to be interested to do a good job. More

Overall terrible experience with the sales department here. I immediately called after seeing a used truck I wanted online for a good price, ready to make a deal over the phone. First time got someone n here. I immediately called after seeing a used truck I wanted online for a good price, ready to make a deal over the phone. First time got someone named Caleb, and he said he has to call me back (never did). I called shortly after and got Jose. He confirmed the vehicle was in stock and I told him just to send me the price sheet to confirm all in price and I was ready to drive down two days later to purchase the truck. He sent it, and I reached back out saying I was ready to make a deal and give a deposit over the phone. He never got back to me so I contacted him again the following mid morning to ask if we could make the deal, and he said “sorry it looks like this was sold this morning already”. Clearly, this salesperson didn’t care about making a sale, and I was furious about losing this vehicle. Joshua the sales manager reached out later and I told him what happened and how disappointed I was. He said something very generic back to me and was making xx excuses that it was first come first serve (although I was already promised availability and ready to lock in….). Couldn’t even apologize for the bad service I received. Terrible experience. Don’t shop here More
