Wonderful service technicians. I love the nice waiting room and free coffee is the best. They always take excellent care of me here! My sales rep, Mr. Jeremiah Lucas was outstanding from start to finish, unfortunately, once he handed my Navy Federal Credit Union Draft (which they knew I had in hand from Virginia) was presented to his start to finish, unfortunately, once he handed my Navy Federal Credit Union Draft (which they knew I had in hand from Virginia) was presented to his Finance Manager, it was not accepted because they (claimed) it was an out of state check. Navy Federal is (worldwide) and it would've been easy to verify the validity of the draft. I was there from 7:10pm until 10:33pm (a ridiculous amount of my time was WASTED especially since I came with financing. Lastly, I realized they had a 2020 Mercedes E 350 for sale and wanted to trade my new 2021 Lexus ES 350 in for it, however, I received a super LOW BALL offer of $33,000 for a car I paid $42,662 two days earlier with only 818 miles on it. My experience was very poor at Lexus of Tampa Bay and I will never do business them again! More
