My reason for calling is that I had to go to a pre-existing appointment at 2 p.m. in Olympia. We had a great chat. When I arrived at the dealership, I learned that David had come in specifically to see me. I found David, as well as other staff members to be personable, knowledgeable, and plenty smart. I purchased the car, traded in my former auto, learned the feature of my newer Lexus and got to my appointment in Olympia on time. I heartily recommend this dealer! More

The salesman, Jae Chun offered excellent service. He provided a very comprehensive education on the lease/purchase. He took the time to explain everything in details in a very professional, friendly, and courteous manner. I have driven a Lexus in the past 15 years and I wouldn't trade for another brand. I am totally impress with the car's performance and the new 2015 RX-350 F sport is already better than the last model I drove. I had many questions about the model I was interested in, and Kevin was very patient about making sure he had answered them to my satisfaction. The emphasis on customer service certainly was evident in my interactions with Kevin. Kevin also made sure he introduced me to Kevin Wolford of the IT department who assured me that I could call anytime or meet with the IT department whenever I wanted in order to use all of the features of the new Lexus. Knowledgeable, courteous service is very important to me and I must say that Lexus of Tacoma has it nailed! 2nd car purchase I recently purchased a new GX for my wife. This was the 2nd car that I have bought from this dealership and I have to say that both experiences were I recently purchased a new GX for my wife. This was the 2nd car that I have bought from this dealership and I have to say that both experiences were fantastic. My first purchase was for a GS a few years back and I worked with Dave Easterday. Everything about that buying experience was great. There were no high pressure sales tactics and Dave really worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The entire experience was very customer service oriented. Even after the fact, Dave would check in with me from time-to-time over the years to see how I was liking the car. Recently my wife decided that she was ready to upgrade her car. I went in and talked to Dave and again got the same great customer service I had the first time. He found a car that was perfect for her with all the options she wanted. Just as before, everything was completely hassle free. They gave me a good value on my trade in and worked to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even when I wanted to think things over and do a little more looking at the numbers, there was never any kind of pressure, just understanding, and a desire to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase.
