Lexus of Tacoma at Fife

Last month I finally decided to replace my highly reliable but old 2001 Lexus RX with a 2011 RX from Lexus of Tacoma at Fife. (This was my third Lexus purchase.) I was very pleased with the service I received from sales and leasing consultant Todd Kim. Todd was very friendly, helpful, patient, accurate and clear in explaining my purchase options. I experienced zero pressure in the transaction, and I particularly appreciated that. The finance department was also very straightforward and helpful in arranging financing at a low interest rate. Since my purchase, Todd has helpfully followed up with me a few times to ensure that I am enjoying my new vehicle and to answer my questions. I have given the rating of 5 all across because i was treated like family. My credit was not so good but no one would take a chance with me believe it or not, but the Lexus Family of Tacoma/Fife. I am forever indebited to My extended family at Lexus of Tacoma/Fife. They took a chance with me . Even though I new i would have to put a substantial amount down because of Credit issues. They took a chance with me. In return I will continue to show my lotalty and only make my future purchases with My new Extended Family. Since my purchase, My credit score has jumped significantly. Firsts impressions are so big with me and they go a long way. Ron was so nice, as well as the whole dealership the minute I walked in. I felt right at home. No one was pushy. Ron walked me through every step and the purchase I was getting. While waiting for finance, Ron walked me out to my purchase and gave me a thorough presentation on how to work every thing. he even stayed in contact with me after my purchase to make sure everything was ok and how I was doing. Ron, the whole Staff are Class Acts. I would recommend Lexus of Tacoma/Fife to anyone. More

So much for Pre-Owned and certified...Car died two days after being purchased, then things started falling off and they would not replace them without asking us to pay for them...so not happy--another deal after being purchased, then things started falling off and they would not replace them without asking us to pay for them...so not happy--another dealership stepped in and took over--thank goodness. not what we heard about Lexus service which is a shame. Go to Lexus of Seattle or Spokane or Portland. Both Lexus of Bellevue and Tacoma are owned by same owner ( so you can't negotiate much between these two ) .. More

I have not bought a car from this dealership even though they are 100 miles round trip closer to me than Lexus of Seattle. A friend just offered them $1000 over invoice for a 2005 IS 300 with the new IS 350 they are 100 miles round trip closer to me than Lexus of Seattle. A friend just offered them $1000 over invoice for a 2005 IS 300 with the new IS 350's out next month and the salesman said he would not fill out the papers for a $1000 deal. I offered to split the difference between invoice and MSRP with them on a 2005 ES 330 with the 2006 out and the 2007's out in May. They turned me down. I overheard the sales manager by the name of Alex tell the salesman to tell me to get the f... out of the dealership. I have found their service to be exemplary, but I would pay extra not to do business with them on a purchase. More
