I currently druve a 2011 RX350. I have had a 2010, 2008 and a 2000. These cars have all been incredible. However, the relationship I have with the dealer and especially the service department. Every time I go to Fife Lexus Dealership for service on my Lexus vehicles, I get superb service from Andy Lee and his staffs. I've been going to this dealer for many years, originally to service the Lexus I had bought in Bellevue. When it was time to trade it in, I chose Lexus of Tacoma, and have had all my service work done there to service the Lexus I had bought in Bellevue. When it was time to trade it in, I chose Lexus of Tacoma, and have had all my service work done there. It is always uplifting to greet the boys in the service department, and they treat me like royalty (which I'm not). When I have had a problem with the car, any one of those I mentioned handled it extremely well--thorough, understandable explanations of what's wrong; what's involved with fixing the problem; how much it will cost; immediate scheduling at my convenience; very nice loaner cars; and on and on. I see them more often for the much-appreciated complimentary car washes they offer than for regular service, and it is always the best experience, because of the way those employees treat me. The one additional employee whose name I can't remember (he often greets me when I go for a wash) also rates first-class when it comes to customer service. -- Mary Wilson More

I've purchased a slightly used 2006 LS 430, a new 2007 LS 460, and a new 2011 RX 350, all from Steve Armstrong at Lexus of Tacoma in Fife. He is very pleasant, friendly but not pushy, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells. The service department is fantastic. The advisors writing up the service orders, and the technicians in the shop, are all knowledgeable, friendly, and anxious to please. They know I'm picky about keeping my cars in tip-top condition, so they ensure that all maintenance, both that required by Lexus and that which they recommend, is performed in a timely manner. In addition, they offer a free loaner when I can't wait while maintenance is being performed, and they offer a free car wash (even when I'm not having any service performed). As far as I am concerned, Lexus of Tacoma provides the ultimate in customer service. I'm sold on this dealership and will continue to rely on them for service, and purchase of new cars. More

One of the services I enjoy is the v.i.p program; I appreciate the free car wash and refreshments they provide while waiting. If I had any questions or concerns I would go to Andy Lee and he would answer my questions also he would make sure to answer in detail so I could understand.
