I work in Lynnwood and used to do business with Lexus of Seattle. After repeated attempts to see if they could make a situation right for me on a car I got from them several years ago I was put off by thei Seattle. When it was time for a new Lexus I decided to purchase from somewhere other than Seatte. I was driving by Lexus of Tacoma on my return from meeting a client. I just wanted to look at first but the terrific knowledge and personable attitude of Todd Kim won me over and I decided to buy a Lexus RX350 on the spot. I am glad I did because his after service and follow up have been great. I highly recommend Mr Kim. More

I went into Lexus of Tacoma with somewhat of an idea of what I wanted. Not only did he know everything about all of the cars on the lot, but he was personable and made me feel like I was his only client. I came to the dealership with an urgent need of a used minivan for business and personal needs as my previous car finally gave out. When it was all done, I did not feel like I overpaid and I generally felt good about myself because of the prompt and detailed answers to my questions. Mr. Park assured me that if I were to have any problems in the future relating to the recently bought vehicle, that he would be available any time of the day to help me out with the issues. It was a great relief for me to have experienced this while buying a used car. More
