I can't believe the level of customer service I received from a Lexus dealership. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday morning at 7AM for 3 different services, and only one was performed in the 4 hours I wa from a Lexus dealership. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday morning at 7AM for 3 different services, and only one was performed in the 4 hours I waited there, I left at 11:30, very disappointed. I was promised a follow up call for my other two services the following Monday, and now a week later, still no follow up call. Unfortunately, I don't have any other choice close by. More
