The entire experience of going to Lexus Southwest Houston was exceptional. I was greeted by a young man who got me in line for services and told me that my service advisor would be Jon. Jon checked on me to let me know how long my wait would be and explained the video that I received from the technician. Snacks and drinks were fresh and plentiful. Waiting rooms were clean and met the needs of everyone: those who like an opening waiting area; those who would like a quiet place to sit; and a place for children!!!
